Auth model

Each service uses an API token embedded in the URL path. Pick the URL for your service and register it in ChatGPT (Apps SDK custom connector) or Claude Code with no authentication — the gateway validates the token from the path.

Tokens are sensitive. Don't share install URLs. Rotate tokens via gateway env + restart.
